Delivery Issues, Returns, Warranty Procedure
Please read the returns policies below carefully BEFORE you submit a Returns or Warranty request.
All returns must be occompanied with either a General Returns Form or a Warranty Claim Form which can be downloaded here

Items Damaged in Transit
Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortages (especially Glass / Fragile goods).
Once the delivery is signed for "In Good Condition" we cannot pursue any claim.
Alternatively please sign for the goods as "Unchecked"
If any items were checked on delivery and have been damaged in transit or are visably damaged on receipt, sign on the carriers delivery consignment note that the goods were "DAMAGED"
Where possible take photo evidence of both the damaged box & any damage to products within.
Please complete and return a "General Returns Form" to us within 2 Working Days and then contact a member of our team on 01706 650999 for assistance
Non conformance with these instructions invalidates the Buyers right to claim
Any item no longer required and you wish to return, you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt, to make a return please contact a member of our team and return the part with a completed "General Returns Form".
Any agreed Returns must be returned within 6 weeks of the Invoice Date, correctly executed orders will be subject to a 15% restocking / handling charge.
Any Special Order parts can only be returned on approval on an individual basis and a minimum handling charge of 25% will be charged subject to inspection (Damaged/Contaiminated Boxes will not be accepted).
Once the item is received at Swedish Truck Parts Ltd, we'll issue a refund for the product to your original payment method.
Old Unit Returns
If you need to return an old unit for a surcharge credit please reurn the old unit with a completed "General Returns Form" within 90 Days from point of Sale to the above address, on reciept we will issue a credit and refund you accordingly.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty replacement.
You must purchace a replacement part and return the faulty item, once the failed product has been received, inspected and deemed to be at fault then we will either issue a replacement, issue a credit and refund you accordingly.
Please be aware a replacement or credit is completely at the discretion of Swedish Truck Parts Ltd.
Our warranty policy DOES NOT cover Consequential Damage, Labour or any other cost incurred re-fitting a failed part.
To return the item please download and complete all sections of the "Warrant Claim Form" then either return the goods to the above addresss or telephone us to arrange collection. Any refund due to a fault or other defect of our products will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge paid (if any). In these cases, we will also pay for our costs of collecting goods. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery APC Overnight this promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Used Items - Limited Warranty
Please note that our (used) stock is sold as seen or if stated may be sold with a limited 30 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
