“Winning the Dealer of the Year Award requires an unyielding pursuit of Service Excellence,” said DAF Trucks president Harry Wolters, “and a continuous emphasis on the entire operation – heavy and medium duty trucks, commercial services, PACCAR Parts and PACCAR Financial.”

He continued, “The winner must have a continual appetite to develop business and improve the customer experience by investing in new locations, additional bays, trained technicians, and by increasing workshop hours and capacity with ‘first time right’ results in the service department. De Burgh – part of the LenGo Automotive Group – delivered truly outstanding performance in 2018. Actually,” he said, “they have had many years of outstanding performance and continue to be a constructive and valuable DAF dealer.
